Dipan Basu is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with more than 25 years of experience in the Industry. He has worked for multiple Multinational and large Indian corporations in Financial Services Consultancy, Manufacturing, IT services and Mutual and Hedge Fund Administration sectors. He has substantial exposure to Audit and Consultancy, IFRS, ISAE 3402, Risk Control, Operations Management and Financial Reporting under IndAS, IFRS, USGAAP and UKFRS. He led large outsourced offshore services for global investment bank in India and Sri Lanka.
