An Independent Consultant engaged intermittently with the Big 4 firms, GLG group, Infollion Research Services and other agencies. Provides consultation primarily across areas under the Banking & Finance and Risk aspects of the Operating model. Key areas of services offered: new implementations, strategic design and process transformation, risk and audit inclusive of enterprise wide risk assessment and 3 Lines of Defense, ESG framework and Training. Padma is also a qualified Independent Director certified by the IICA (MCA). And occasionally invests time in the educational field - visiting lecturer at JSS, Mysore, CAHO and other universities.
